Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:
- Advising customers via phone, email, and chat regarding services and product-related inquiries
- Offering solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction
- Meeting performance targets and contributing to the team’s success
- Ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction
- Actively participating in the overall success of the department
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native level of French and fluent English (mandatory)
- Passion for fashion and awareness of the latest trends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dynamic, and motivated attitude
- Openness to learning and developing new skills

- Strong work ethic and commitment to company success
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
What’s in it for you?
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 8 am to 8 pm
- Salary package:
- €830 gross/month × 14 months
- Performance bonus up to €100/month
- Meal vouchers of €7.23/workday

Relocation package for international candidates:
- Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight ticket after 6 months
