Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:

  • Advising customers via phone, email, and chat regarding services and product-related inquiries
  • Offering solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction
  • Meeting performance targets and contributing to the team’s success
  • Ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction
  • Actively participating in the overall success of the department

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of French and fluent English (mandatory)
  • Passion for fashion and awareness of the latest trends
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, dynamic, and motivated attitude
  • Openness to learning and developing new skills
  • Team spirit and adaptability to multicultural environments
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to company success
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

What’s in it for you?

  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 8 am to 8 pm
  • Salary package:
  • €830 gross/month × 14 months
  • Performance bonus up to €100/month
  • Meal vouchers of €7.23/workday
  • Partial reimbursement of transportation costs
  • Private health and dental insurance (after 6 months)

Relocation package for international candidates:

  • Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight ticket after 6 months
