Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Expedia will be:

  • Solving issues during the booking process
  • Giving instructions and taking an active role in finding the right booking
  • Following up during the vacation and providing good solutions including refunds
  • Being responsible for the current and expanding the clients' network
  • Managing good and qualified lead generation

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluent level of French (a good level of English is a plus)
  • Passion for travel and tourism
  • Motivation and commitment to your work
  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Salary conditions – 2 options:
  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
  • Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
