Your Responsibilities
- Support travelers during the booking process and resolve issues
- Provide clear instructions and find the best booking options
- Follow up during vacations, handling claims and refunds
- Manage lead generation and expand the client network
- Deliver excellent service to improve customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Native-level French and good English skills
- Passion for travel and tourism
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Motivated, customer-focused, and committed to teamwork
