Your Responsibilities

  • Support travelers during the booking process and resolve issues
  • Provide clear instructions and find the best booking options
  • Follow up during vacations, handling claims and refunds
  • Manage lead generation and expand the client network
  • Deliver excellent service to improve customer satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Native-level French and good English skills
  • Passion for travel and tourism
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
