Drive Revenue Through Digital Advertising

As an Ad Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping businesses grow through strategic digital advertising solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of advertisers, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive campaign performance through consultative selling and data-driven insights.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Drive advertising revenue by managing and growing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers

• Execute high-volume outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings

• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities within existing accounts

• Consult advertisers on campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization to improve ROI

• Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted digital marketing advisor

• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

• Use AI-powered tools and sales intelligence platforms to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates

• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets

What You Bring

• Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, ad sales, or digital marketing account management

• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills

• Proven ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles and outbound engagement

• Ability to translate marketing performance data into business recommendations

• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and a dynamic sales pipeline

• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools

• Native or bilingual level of Arabic and advanced level of English

Bonus Points If You Have

• 1–3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales

• Experience working with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms

• Background in SMB growth, performance marketing, or media sales

• Experience using sales intelligence or AI sales tools (Gong, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar
