Your Mission
To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for three new Account Executives to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding B2B organization. We are growing faster than ever in our history, and this is your chance to be part of the momentum.
In this role, you will be responsible for building your own client base from scratch in the Finnish market — driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Once you win new business, you will own and nurture those accounts long-term, ensuring they continue to see value and grow with us. You’ll benefit from an attractive commission structure that rewards both new business and client growth.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients to build your pipeline.
- Drive outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to create new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover client pain points and tailor solutions.
- Build trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise and delivering value.
- Take full ownership of the accounts you win—managing and expanding them over time.
- Act as a growth consultant for your customers and drive satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and optimize performance.
- Continuously expand your industry knowledge to stay ahead of trends and client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- A solid track record of success in B2B sales.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and a genuine ambition to grow in an international environment.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish (both written and verbal), with professional fluency in English.
