Your responsibilities
- Provide customer support and assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure excellent customer experience with empathy and professionalism.

Your profile
- Native French speaker with at least B2 English level.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Motivated, professional, and reliable.

- Already living in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
- Valid Portuguese work permit required.
What’s in it for you?
- Contract: Long-term fixed-term, renewable annually.
- Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week.
- Monday to Friday, between 7 am – 10 pm, 8-hour shifts plus 1 hour for lunch/dinner.
- Salary:
- With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.
- Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
- Training period (1–4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages.

- Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months.
