The Role
We are seeking an experienced German-speaking VIP Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value players, building trusted, long-term relationships that drive loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
This is a key position where your insight into player behaviour, proactive approach, and commitment to delivering premium service will directly influence business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of VIP players
- Monitor daily player activity to identify retention, reactivation, and growth opportunities
- Deliver proactive, highly personalised service via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Analyse player data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential churn risks
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Payments, and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure a seamless player experience
- Design and coordinate tailored bonuses and offers aligned with player value
- Provide feedback and insights to support the ongoing development of the VIP strategy
Skills/experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a VIP Manager or in a similar role within the iGaming industry
- Proven experience managing VIP portfolios and consistently achieving KPIs
- Strong understanding of player behaviour and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident, engaging, and discreet
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and act strategically
- Passion for online gaming, customer service excellence, and delivering premium player experiences

Work from home benefits
It is currently 60 days per year and can be used flexibly except for Mondays. Considering this is a VIP role, they are expected to be quite flexible so usually they are working from the office in the morning Mon-Fri for 5hrs and then another 2 hours in the evening from home (Mon-Fri) the rest of the 40-hr week (5hrs) they are expected to work it on Sat and/Sun.
