Travel Booking Specialist – German Speaker – Work in Lisbon

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and cancellations
• Assist clients via inbound calls during the after-sales process by answering inquiries and handling requests
• Oversee back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, updates, and cancellations
• Ensure high-quality service to create an excellent customer experience

Your Profile:

• Native-level fluency in German and a good command of English
• Previous experience with GDS tools is a strong advantage
• Passion for travel, aviation, and the tourism industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal and embrace an international lifestyle
• Valid Portuguese work permit required

What You Will Get:

• Permanent contract (CDI) with a three-month trial period
• Full-time position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM

• 1,100 euros gross per month paid 14 times per year
