Travel Booking Specialist – German Speaker – Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Travel Booking Specialist will be:

• Manage bookings including altering, cancelling and creating new reservations
• Assist clients via inbound calls during the after-sales process by providing accurate information and handling requests
• Manage the reservations back-office including ticket issuing, modifications and cancellations

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native level of German and good command of English
• Previous experience with GDS tools is required
• Enthusiasm for travelling and the tourism industry
• Knowledge of the value and impact of delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen
• Energetic, innovative and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
• Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
• Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career opportunity
• Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship required

What’s in it for you?

• Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) with 3 months of trial period
• Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Compensation package:
• 1100€ gross/month paid 14 times per year
• 100€ monthly performance bonus + up to 100€ monthly complexity bonus
• Meal vouchers of 7.23€ per workday
• Reimbursement of some transportation costs
• Private health insurance and dental plan after six months

Relocation package for international candidates:

• Reimbursement of up to 400€ of your initial flight after 6 months with the company
