Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Specialist will be:
- Assisting customers with technical issues and providing effective troubleshooting
- Offering clear product advice and guidance to users
- Coordinating logistics and following up on orders
- Ensuring high-quality checks and contributing to overall service excellence
- Providing sales support when needed
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and representing the brand with professionalism
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- EU citizenship or valid work permit/residency card is mandatory
- Fluent level of French and good command of English (a plus)
- Motivation, reliability, and commitment to your role
- Strong focus on customer service and quality

What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: One-year fixed-term contract, renewable yearly
- Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), 5 days/week on rotating shifts (Mon–Sat, 7 AM – 7 PM)
- Salary package (2 options):
- With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 990€ gross/month
- Without accommodation: 1,100€ gross/month
- Training period (2 weeks): Paid at 50% of your hourly wage (with lower taxes)
Relocation package for international candidates:
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick-up upon arrival
- Yearly return flight to your home country within the EU
- Support with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.
