Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Specialist will be:

  • Assisting customers with technical issues and providing effective troubleshooting
  • Offering clear product advice and guidance to users
  • Coordinating logistics and following up on orders
  • Ensuring high-quality checks and contributing to overall service excellence
  • Providing sales support when needed
  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and representing the brand with professionalism

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit/residency card is mandatory
  • Fluent level of French and good command of English (a plus)

What’s in it for you?

  • Contract type: One-year fixed-term contract, renewable yearly
  • Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), 5 days/week on rotating shifts (Mon–Sat, 7 AM – 7 PM)
  • Salary package (2 options):
  • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 990€ gross/month
  • Without accommodation: 1,100€ gross/month
  • Training period (2 weeks): Paid at 50% of your hourly wage (with lower taxes)

  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
