We are looking for an English-speaking Team Leader (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00

- Salary 27 000 euros gross/year + up to 9000 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us

As a Team Leader in our team, you will:

- Monitor and report team performance 

- Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members 

- Organize regular meetings to give feedback on team performance, inform on new procedures, upcoming changes 

- Organize team building activities (team meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, events, etc.) - -- Offer support in critical problems (escalations, emergencies, agents and customers complaints)

- Collect production and performance metrics from available sources daily and update Project Dashboard and Form A

- Analyze data and report to Supervisor and/or Program Manager. 

We'll be a great match if you:

- Are proficient or bilingual in English

- Have experience in inside sales environment

- Have leadership skills

- Have working knowledge of sales cycle processes and of IT equipment and applications: MS Windows, MS Office, industry and communication skills.

It would be a plus if you have:

- Coaching experience 

- Ability to delegate tasks

- Problem solving and reactivity abilities, proactiveness and persuasion skills
