As a member of the customer support and moderation team—the backbone of the company—you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring platform safety and user satisfaction. This is a hybrid role based in Malta, offering the flexibility to work from home or from the modern office

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email with professionalism, empathy, and positivity.
  • Follow internal communication standards and procedures.
  • Make informed decisions in line with established policies and moderation guidelines.

Experience

  • Native-level Swedish speaker, with good command of English.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Quick to adapt and make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Naturally empathetic and committed to online safety.
  • Interested in tech, digital marketplaces, or the shared economy (a bonus!).
  • Prior experience in customer support, moderation, or online services is an advantage.

Salary/Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: €1,661.05 gross/month (€1,411 net).
  • Relocation Support:
  • Flight reimbursement up to €200 (after 6-month probation).
  • 5 nights hotel accommodation upon arrival, extendable if needed.

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts: 07:00–15:30 or 15:30–00:00 (with occasional variations, e.g., 11:00–19:30).
  • Two days off per week.
  • Training period: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30 (in-office).

Recruitment Process

Step 1: Skills Test (in Swedish)

  • A written task simulating real customer support scenarios, to be completed in approx. 30 minutes.

Step 2: Interview(s)

  • First round with HR via Microsoft Teams.
  • Potential second interview with a Manager or team member, which may include a verbal language check.
