As a Supervisor you will be responsible for coaching, supporting and the continuous development of your team.

What you'll experience with us

As a Supervisor in our team, you will:

- Monitor and report team performance

- Give agents and mentors feedback on their performance

- Participate in the recruitment process close to HR Department

- Motivate and being a team leader to control the turnover and retain the potential and motivated team members

- Manage all disciplinary issues effectively

- Ask management to hire new agent(s) either to substitute or to complete the team using concrete metrics

- Support agents’ development towards more senior roles, delegate tasks to experienced and capable agents

- Define new processes and procedures

- Collect metrics, analyze these and report to customer/management/quality team

We'll be a great match if you:

- Are proficient or bilingual in French with an advanced level of English; an intermediate level of Spanish it´s also valued

- Have at least 6 months experience as a senior agent or mentor

- Come with strong people management skills

- Can implement and manage change

- Possess excellent communication and customer care skills

- Have the ability to motivate people

- Possess knowledge and command of Excel
