Your responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and social media by answering inquiries and solving issues.
  • Provide guidance and the best solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle product- and order-related troubleshooting with professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless case handling.

Your profile

  • Native level of French and at least B2 level of English.
  • Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Attentive listener, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Energetic, innovative, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
  • Already based in Lisbon or motivated to relocate for an international experience.
