We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits: 

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: rotative Monday to Friday 08:00 - 19:00, Saturdays 09:00 - 18:00

Salary 17 900 euros gross/year + up to 1800 euros gross/year in bonus

What you’ll experience with us

As a Technical Support Advisor in our team you will

- Handle technical customer contacts for a variety of products mainly inbound via different communication canals

- Give information in a practical and clear manner within the set parameters

- Answer questions concerning specific procedures and services

- Provide good customer service with the aid of high-quality technical knowledge and the technical knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems

- Per customer contact gather and document all relevant information into the system to insure a high level of service is delivered

- Keep up to date with all new developments in the technical area, networks and consumer electronics relating to the position

We’ll be a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient in Spanish and English

- Preferably have a completed ICT training

- Have knowledge of network architecture and Consumer Electronics products (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.)

- Have a good understanding of the MS Office environment is essential

- Have good telephone etiquette

- Are service orientated, accurate, multitasking, analytical and communicative

It would be a plus if you have:

- A strong technical affinity, experience in technical field

- Experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or Business-to-Business (B2B) environment is beneficial.
