About the role:
As a Content Moderator, you will:
- Review and categorize social media ads and business content
- Apply client guidelines to ensure a safe and high-quality user experience
- Make balanced decisions to support the online community
- Communicate with users via chat, email or phone (depending on the project)
- Spot inefficiencies and contribute with your ideas for process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working with Windows OS, online tools, and MS Office
- Detail-oriented and able to follow policies precisely
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience in content moderation, customer support or social media is a plus!
