Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Solution Specialist, you will engage with Small and Medium-sized companies, leveraging your technical and communication skills to make a tangible impact. Your role will involve:

- Maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.

- Presenting Cloud solutions that align with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.

- Providing technical product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs.

- Delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.

- Auditing and confirming implementation requirements and pricing calculations.

- Demonstrating technical and business solutions to customers via Teams.

- Conducting group and one-on-one training sessions across the Centre.

Qualifications and Skills

This role is ideal for individuals who are proficient or bilingual in Flemish and fluent in English, with 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience. A minimum Fundamentals certification is required. Candidates should have:

- Broad knowledge of key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.

- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solutions.

- A proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.

- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- A passion for cloud computing technologies and emerging trends.

What’s in It for You
