Your responsibilities and impact as a Pharmaceutical Customer Service Agent will be:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries (B2C) via phone and email
- Providing accurate information and guidance with empathy and patience
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing doubts and concerns professionally
- Offering ad-hoc support when needed
- Collaborating with your team to contribute to overall project success
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native level of French and at least B1 English
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Sensitivity, patience, and empathy when dealing with customer needs

What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: Fixed-term, renewable yearly
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
- Training: Intensive onboarding program (approx. 2 weeks)
- Salary package (2 options):
- With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1,040€ gross/month
- Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month
- Training compensation: Paid at 50% of your hourly wage (with lower taxes)
Relocation package for international candidates:
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick-up upon arrival
- Yearly return flight to your home country (within the EU)
- Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, etc.
