We are looking for an English-speaking Partner Development Manager - (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you'll experience with us

As a Partner Development Manager in our team, you will:

- Secure new customer wins for Cloud

- Constantly research and educate self with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both the client and competitor

- Drive alignment and teamwork

- Tenaciously pursue positive outcomes, using effective approaches to solve problems

- Communicate and network effectively and successfully persuade and influence others

- Engage with partners assigned to Opportunities to drive partner action to recommend the right solutions and close the deal

- Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback and update involved parties on closure, support close plan execution

- Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline: hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer and agreement retention, revenue recapture, consumption, etc

- Collect feedback on most active channel partners and articulate it to the business: “Voice of Partner”

- Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needs. Use a deep understanding of a customer/partner to effectively align the value proposition of the products, technology, and services to the customer’s/partner's strategies and needs.

- Create value through the sales cycle and use programs and promotions to accelerate closure

- Own preferred and unmanaged partner lists

We’ll be a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient in English

- Have 3-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience; Experience working within a technical sales environment preferred. Experience working with partner ecosystem is preferred

- Have broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required

- Have demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred. Fundamentals certification required

- Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology

- Have a Bachelor's degree, its required

- Have proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals

- Take initiative to independently grow technical knowledge

- Have exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills and strong partner relationship management and solution development skills

- Are success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment

It would be a plus if you have:

- Major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering. Experience in one of those relevant fields is a bonus
