Job description

As a German-speaking Online Customer Care Associate, you will support customers of prestigious international brands by delivering high-quality service. You will resolve inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure an excellent experience for every client while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify issues and offer effective solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer data in the CRM system accurately.
  • Provide ad-hoc support when required.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure project success.

Your Profile

  • Native-level German and at least B2 English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the value of an excellent customer experience.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and committed to teamwork.
  • Interest in intercultural communication and expatriate life.
  • Already living in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career.
  • Valid Portuguese work permit required.

What’s in It for You

  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 10 PM availability, 8h/day plus 1h break, rotational shifts.
  • Salary options:
  • With free shared accommodation (all bills included): €950 – €1,050 gross/month.
  • Without accommodation: €1,300 – €1,500 gross/month.
  • Relocation package for international candidates:
  • Flight reimbursement after 9 months.
