Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Identifying issues and providing effective solutions
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Recording and updating customer data in the CRM system
- Offering ad-hoc support where necessary
- Contributing to team success as an active team player
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native level of German with at least B2 level of English
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong understanding of the value of customer experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Drive for excellence and professionalism
- Commitment and ability to work effectively in a team
- Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate life
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon with a valid Portuguese work permit
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
- Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, Monday to Friday between 7 am and 10 pm, rotational schedule (8h/day plus 1h break)
- Salary package (two options):
- With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €950 – €1,050 gross/month
- Without accommodation: €1,300 – €1,500 gross/month
