Already living in Malaga and ready for something new?
We’re hiring for our client, a fast-growing company working with tech and e-commerce brands & they’re looking for someone who’s not just “good with customers”… but who actually cares.
Responsibilities
- Help customers with everything from product onboarding to troubleshooting tech issues
- Guide users through software, hardware & IoT setups
- Solve tricky cases
- Communicate via phone & email (mostly inbound)
- Document cases and keep things structured
You’ll be happy in this role if you:
- Actually enjoy helping people
- Can stay calm when things get messy
- Like figuring things out
- Prefer a smaller, close-knit team over a huge corporate setup
- Want stability
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian (written & spoken)
- Good level of English (internal language)
- Around 1+ year experience in customer service/support
- Already based in Malaga (or very close)
- Comfortable with tech (you don’t need to be an expert, but not afraid of it either)
