Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll work with a well-known client, helping customers with:
- Inquiries related to money transfer transactions
- Providing accurate and timely assistance via phone, email, and chat
- Identifying customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Forwarding complex issues to relevant departments when needed
No prior experience required — just fluency in Norwegian (C1) and good command of English (B2/C1).
