Medical Product Advisor – French Speaker - Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Medical Product Advisor will be:

• Handling customer inquiries about the Omnipod Insulin Management System
• Managing orders and coordinating product shipments for customers
• Providing clear, empathetic support and guidance to patients and caregivers
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Encouraging proper use of the product to ensure patient compliance and safety

What’s in it for you?

• Contract type: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable yearly
• Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
• Salary package (2 options):
• With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1,040€ gross/month
• Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month
• Training period: 1 to 4 weeks, paid at 50% of your hourly wage (with lower taxes)
