We are looking for French-speaking Lead Generator (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 17:00, Friday 09:00 to 16:30

What you'll experience with us

As a Lead Generator in our team, you will:

-Engage existing and new customers based on lead information provisioned

-Review initial lead information, collect customer insights from available data sources and execute call planning

-Proactive outreach to customer within SLA to qualify lead based on BANT criteria and agree on next action with customer

-Review opportunity triage policy and root opportunity to the appropriate stakeholders to execute on agreed action with customer

-Document customer engagements through the CRM system (open and qualify leads to opportunities) and maintain opportunity hygiene until handoff to triage stakeholder(s)

-Execute next actions (including follow up of customer, Microsoft and internal stakeholders) in line with SLAs

We'll be a great match if you:

- Are proficient or bilingual in French and advanced level in English

- Have a bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience

- Have 2-3 years’ experience in sales, account manager, IT industry and Customer Relationship Management

- Have a baseline understanding of Cloud products and solutions

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional language. Ability to communicate effectively in supported language

It would be a plus if you have:

- Experience in marketing 

- Lived and worked in supported market with strong cultural awareness
