We are looking for a Italian-speaking Inside Sales Representative (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00

- Salary 19 500 euros gross/year + up to 4000 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us

As an Inside Sales Representative in our team, you will:

- Perform against a Revenue target every quarter from your assigned region and End User accounts, by positioning Poly’s entire Product Portfolio and Services

- Identify, qualify and close opportunities for assigned End User accounts via pro-active sales activities and via inbound marketing lead generation within a defined SLA expectation

- Ensure all sales activities are recorded in HWS Sales CRM; SFDC or Microsoft Dynamics

- Create, update and execute on Account Plans for each named End User Account

- Ensure sales quotes are managed within SLA from quote creation to PO and order booked

- Engage with and collaborate with wider sales organization to share knowledge; support cross selling activities

- Take a leading role in the on boarding of new hires. Focus on continuous improvement making and implementing recommendations.

We'll be a great match if you:

- Are proficient or bilingual in Italian and advanced English

- Typically, 3 years+ of related experience (e.g. business development, inside sales account management, technology sales, player/coach experience)

- Demonstrable track record of sales success consistently hitting or exceeding selling goals with strong selling capabilities and an ability to process and retain large amounts of information

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to influence at all levels within an account.
