Your responsibilities and impact as a Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent will be:
- Providing business clients with optimal advice and tailored solutions
- Building and maintaining trustful relationships with decision-makers in the marketing industry
- Acting as a consultant for clients’ online advertising strategies
- Understanding business goals to recommend the most effective advertising solutions
- Offering administrative support (e.g. invoicing and documentation)
- Up-selling and cross-selling with existing clients to drive revenue growth
- Supporting campaigns strategically and delivering advertiser training
- Ensuring strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native-level German speaker with good English skills (B2 or higher)
- Secondary school diploma or bachelor’s degree completed
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Drive for excellence and professionalism
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Team-oriented and open to working with different nationalities
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: 12-month renewable fixed-term contract
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (40h/week), no weekends
- Work model: Hybrid
- Training: 5 weeks, paid at 90%
Salary package (two options):
- With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1,033 gross/month + monthly bonus
- Without accommodation: €1,390 gross/month + monthly bonus
Relocation package for international candidates:
- Reimbursement of initial flight costs after 9 months
- Airport pick-up upon arrival
- Annual return ticket to your home country (within the EU)
- Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, and administrative support
