Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with B2B prospects to build a strong sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and understand their business needs
- Run outbound calling and email campaigns to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Support marketing by introducing campaigns to new partners
- Help resellers navigate partner programs to increase profitability
Your Profile:
- Native-level fluency in German and strong English skills (B2 or higher)
- Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and target-driven personality
