Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be
- Support customers mainly by phone, but also via email
- Guide clients with their purchases and offer eco-friendly advice
- Perform reconciliation and resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Investigate and resolve issues that require in-depth analysis
- Maintain customer records and update relevant databases
- Constantly seek opportunities to optimize service quality and efficiency
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role
- Native level of German and excellent level of English
- Experience in customer service is a strong plus
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling data and performing research
- Clear and professional communication
- Motivated to work in an international environment
- Willing to relocate to Lisbon for a long-term opportunity

- Yearly gross salary of 15,700 euros paid in 14 instalments

- Full-time position (40h/week) from Monday to Sunday, 9 AM – 6 PM
