Your Role

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, delivering clear, professional, and empathetic support.
• Provide assistance on a wide range of topics related to the online marketplace.
• Apply platform guidelines and procedures to ensure content and interactions meet company standards.
• Follow internal communication protocols and adhere to company policies.
• Evaluate customer issues and make informed decisions based on provided guidelines.

Skills Required

• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
• Flexible, quick-thinking, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, committed, and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy.
• Empathetic and people-focused, recognizing the impact of your work on user safety and experience.
• Interest in digital platforms, online marketplaces, and emerging technologies is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, or digital services is beneficial but not mandatory.

Shift Details

• Rotational shifts: typically 7:00–15:30 or 15:30–00:00, with occasional variation (e.g., 11:00–19:30) as needed
• Two consecutive days off per week
• Initial training schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30 (office-based)
