Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor for a medical device brand, your key tasks include:

  • Handling inbound calls and email inquiries from customers regarding the Omnipod insulin system
  • Coordinating product shipments and managing order processes
  • Providing guidance on product use and offering timely technical support
  • Assisting with compliance and proper usage of the medical device
  • Ensuring a compassionate, helpful and informative experience for each customer

Your Profile:

  • Native level of German and a good level of English
  • Interest in healthcare, medical technology or helping others
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Professional attitude, empathy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and multicultural team
  • Willing to relocate to Lisbon or already living in Portugal
  • Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship required

What’s Offered:

  • Full time position with rotating shifts including nights (24/7 schedule)
  • Contract options: six or twelve month renewable contract
  • Monthly salary package:
  • With shared accommodation provided: 1230 euros gross
  • Without accommodation: 1612 euros gross
  • Training period of five days paid at 90 percent of salary

  • Reimbursement of initial flight costs upon contract signature
  • Airport pick up on arrival
  • Annual return flight to your home country within the EU
  • Help with paperwork and opening a local bank account
