Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented German-speaking Content Reviewer to join our team in Lisbon. You will play a key role in evaluating AI-generated content and ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance in health-related prompts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess health-related prompts according to established guidelines.
• Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, helpfulness, clarity, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
• Detect errors, hallucinations, or inappropriate content, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Document issues and propose enhancements to AI outputs and internal guidelines.
• Participate in team calibration sessions and share best practices.
• Manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Adhere to company and client procedures, KPIs, and confidentiality requirements.
• Support workflow improvements and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in German (written and spoken); strong English skills (minimum B2 level).
• Deep understanding of German culture, language nuances, slang, units, and local standards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35–40 WPM.
• Ability to multitask, work in shifts, and manage workload independently.
• General knowledge of health and wellness; familiarity with wearable metrics is a plus.
• Prior experience in content review, data annotation, or quality assurance is desirable.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
