Join bet365 as a Gaming Product Analytics Manager! Lead the analytics function for our gaming products (Casino, Live Casino, Poker, Bingo), driving actionable insights to improve product performance, player engagement, and commercial outcomes.

You will manage a team of Data Analysts within the Gaming Product Department and be responsible for developing and executing the analytics roadmap, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the gaming product portfolio.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a product analytics role, preferably within the gaming or online entertainment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of data analysts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, and data visualisation software (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, Grafana, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including player behaviour, product mechanics, and commercial drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics strategy for the gaming products, aligned with overall department objectives and market opportunities.
  • Identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, player behaviour, and commercial success.
  • Leading the team in conducting in-depth product analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilising data analytics to derive actionable insights that inform product strategies and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team of Data Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Developing and implementing reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights through automated dashboards and self-service reporting tools, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Working closely with Product, Operations, Projects and Marketing teams to analyse go-to-market strategies.
  • Assisting senior management in delivering the forecast and creating a budgeting process for the Gaming department.
  • Developing and maintaining a prioritised analytics backlog in collaboration with various teams, ensuring that the most critical features and enhancements are addressed in alignment with business objectives.
