Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global online gaming developer based in the beautiful city of Yerevan. The role requires fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English at a professional level, along with strong presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the company, delivering expert knowledge and providing a high-quality gaming experience.
• Uphold and represent the company brand by consistently following presentation and grooming standards.
• Present all games in a professional and engaging manner, demonstrating exceptional presentation skills in line with company performance expectations.
• Engage players effectively and immerse them in an authentic live dealer environment.
• Maintain a strong level of technical proficiency across all games, remaining aware of your performance to ensure full compliance with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Conduct all gaming operations in accordance with current legislation and company standards for efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute actively to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives and support future growth plans.

Required Skills/Abilities

·      Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese to professional level is a must!

·      Exceptional presenting skills.

·      An enthusiastic and positive attitude with an outgoing personality.

·      Smart and Polished appearance

·      Must be able to maintain high energy levels for the duration of games that require a more animated performance.

·      Flexibility of working hours and the ability to commit to 24/7 shifts.

·      Must be reliable and have good attendance and timekeeping records.

·      Attention to details and excellent people skills are essential as this is a customer facing role.

·      Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline and discretion.

Shift Rota

18 working days in a month / 3 days of work (morning time 08:00-16:00, evening time 16:00-24:00, night time 24:0008:00) and after night shift 2 days OFF
