Your Responsibilities:
As a Sports Retail Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to customers by phone, email or social media
- Guiding and advising consumers across different retail related topics
- Offering solutions in a calm and efficient manner for any shopping issues
- Identifying sales opportunities through cross selling and upselling
- Collaborating with internal departments and forwarding complex cases when needed
Your Profile:
- Native level of French and at least B2 level of English
- Strong listening and problem solving skills
- Interest in customer service and a high quality customer experience
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and multicultural team
- Willing to relocate or already based in Lisbon for an international career experience
What’s Offered:
- Renewable 12 month employment contract
- Full time position of 40 hours per week
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday between 7 AM and 10 PM
- Fully paid training of approximately three weeks
