Your responsibilities and impact as a Social Media Business Agent will be:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) segment
- Providing consultative support to offer the best solutions for client business goals
- Creating custom recommendations tailored to client objectives
- Gathering feedback on advertising products to support continuous improvement
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native French speaker with good English skills (B2 or higher)
- Background in sales or marketing
- Interest or experience in online marketing products
- Strategic thinking skills
- Drive for excellence and professionalism
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Team player, open to working with various nationalities
- Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: Fixed-term contract for one year, renewable annually
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Salary options:
- With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
- Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
