Your responsibilities
• Support users via email and phone to verify payment details
• Communicate with international third parties
• Maintain strong and professional client relationships
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through clear, friendly responses
Your profile
• Native-level French speaker (mandatory)
• English level B2 minimum
• Confident writing and speaking in French
• Motivated, team-oriented, and reliable
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
What’s offered
• Full-time position, 6-month renewable contract
• Gross salary: €890/month ×14 payments
• Monthly bonuses: €120 (performance) + €100 (complexity)
• Meal voucher: €7.23/day
• Rotating shifts:
• Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 22:00
• Weekends – 08:00 to 17:00
• Initial flight reimbursement up to €400 after 6 months (if relocating)
