Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative for this travel platform, you will:

  • Support customers throughout their booking journey and travel experience
  • Assist with reservations, booking changes and vacation-related queries
  • Provide guidance on services, payments and refunds
  • Follow up with customers during and after their trips
  • Contribute to the development of the client network and ensure high quality service
  • Manage qualified lead generation by maintaining excellent customer relationships

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in French with a good level of English
  • Passionate about travel and customer care
  • Motivated, communicative and committed to delivering quality service
  • Strong problem solving and listening skills
  • Willing to relocate or already based in Lisbon

What’s Offered:

  • Long term contract with full time hours of 40 hours per week
  • Rotating shifts depending on project needs
  • Monthly salary options:
  • With accommodation provided in a shared flat: 1040 euros gross
  • Without accommodation: 1240 euros gross

  • Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after nine months
