Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will involve:
- Assisting viewers by phone or chat with various inquiries related to the platform
- Offering account and app support for login, subscription or device connection issues
- Helping users with technical problems related to system configuration or network settings
- Providing accurate and timely responses while ensuring viewer satisfaction
Your Profile:
- Native level of French and advanced level of English
- Comfortable using digital tools and navigating tech environments
- Reliable, quick learner and a strong problem solver
- Prior experience in customer service is an asset
- Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship
- Open to relocating or already living in Lisbon
What’s Offered:
- Full time position of 40 hours per week
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 9 PM
- Monthly compensation:
- Base salary of 890 euros gross paid 14 times per year
- Performance bonus up to 100 euros gross per month
- Meal allowance of 7.23 euros per work day
Relocation Support (for international candidates):
- Reimbursement of flight costs up to 400 euros after six months
- Six months of company arranged shared accommodation (rental contribution required)
- Help with paperwork, onboarding and local integration
