Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Care Advisor:

  • Manage incoming customer queries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot product and order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong client relationships through product support and follow-up calls
  • Record customer information accurately in the CRM system
  • Deliver high-quality service and contribute to an outstanding fashion brand experience

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit (mandatory)
  • Native level of French and fluency in English
  • Ideally 6+ months of experience in customer service or technical support (call centre background preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8:30 AM and 7 PM
  • Salary package:
  • €830 gross/month ×14
  • up to €100/month performance bonus
  • up to €100/month sales bonus
