Your responsibilities
• Assist clients via phone, email, and chat
• Handle queries related to orders, subscriptions & invoices
• Follow up until resolution within deadlines
• Work closely with internal departments for smooth case handling
Your profile
• Native French speaker
• English level: B2 minimum
• Previous experience in customer service (required)
• Motivated, detail-oriented & reliable
• Looking for an international work opportunity
What’s offered
• 6-month contract
• Monday to Friday shifts: 7:00–16:00 or 8:00–17:00
• Salary: €895 gross/month ×14
• Bonus: up to €100/month
• Meal voucher: €7.23/day
• Transport support + private health & dental plan (after 6 months)
Relocation support
• Up to €400 flight cost reimbursed (after 4 months)
• 4 months shared accommodation provided (low rent)
• Help with paperwork & onboarding in Lisbon
