Your responsibilities as B2B Microsoft Account Manager

• Answer client questions about Microsoft products via phone and email

• Assist with account setup and technical configurations

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Promote Microsoft’s competitive advantages

• Support both new and existing B2B accounts

Your profile

• Native-level French + good English (B2+)

• Interest in tech and digital tools

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Team player with a proactive mindset

• Business acumen and sales potential

What’s offered

• Long-term renewable contract

• Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM – 6 PM)

• 2 salary options:

– With accommodation: €1040 gross/month

– Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month

• Paid training (4 weeks, 50% wage, lower tax)
