Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Taxi App will be:
- Acting as a mentor to consumers in different areas
- Providing high-quality answers and solutions to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or social media
- Delivering calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries about their user experience
- Liaising with other departments and redirecting cases to the relevant teams when necessary
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native level of French and at least B2 level of English
- Understanding the value of excellent customer experience
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Energetic, proactive, and innovative mindset
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
- Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career experience

- Type of contract: Fixed-term contract, renewable every year
- Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week in rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 9 PM

Salary conditions (2 options):
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
- Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
- Compensation during training period if successful (4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages (lower taxes)
Relocation package for international candidates:
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick-up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket to your home country within the EU
- Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, and settling in
