Your responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, social media (and occasionally phone)
• Assist with subscriptions, billing, account access, and technical issues
• Record details of all customer interactions in the system
• Provide helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented support
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow internal quality guidelines
Your profile
• Native-level French speaker (mandatory)
• B2 level of English or higher
• Based in Portugal (between Coimbra and Algarve)
• Excellent written communication in French
• Motivated, committed, and comfortable in a multicultural environment
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
