Your responsibilities and impact as a Financial Customer Support will be:
- Offering first-class technical and financial support to clients
- Assisting customers with banking-related queries via email or phone
- Performing additional tasks related to financial operations as required by the project
- Coordinating office activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Creating and updating databases with financial, personnel, and operational records
- Working in a multicultural team environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native French speaker (mandatory)
- Motivation to work abroad and commitment to professional development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
- Team player with adaptability to multicultural environments
- Sales or commercial background is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is an advantage
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: Permanent contract
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 8 am and 6 pm
- Salary package:
- €890 gross/month × 14 months
- Performance bonus up to €100/month
- Meal vouchers of €7.23/workday

Relocation package for international candidates:
- Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight after 4 months with the company
