Job Role

• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
• Deliver outstanding communication through empathy, active listening, and personalized service.
• Guide customers to the right solutions while ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving internal processes.
• Collaborate with your team while also being comfortable working independently.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and help foster long-term customer loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level Dutch speaker (C2), with fluent English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy.
• A team player who enjoys being part of a vibrant and supportive community.
• Able to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM platforms.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
