Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts for Mercedes-Benz – Relocation to Greece

Important: This role is offered on a Work-From-Home basis in Greece. You must already live in Greece or be willing to relocate (a full relocation package is included).

About the Role

As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a trusted representative of Mercedes-Benz. Your role is not simply to answer questions — it is to create a smooth, reassuring, high-quality experience for every customer you support.

You will:

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide guidance regarding products and services
• Offer thoughtful solutions to questions and concerns
• Handle each interaction with professionalism and care
• Represent a brand known for precision, quality, and trust

This is a position for someone who enjoys communication, values detail, and takes pride in helping others.

Who You Are

• Fluent in Dutch with very good English skills
• Passionate about cars (a strong plus)
• Experienced in customer service (at least 6 months preferred)
• Calm, solution-oriented, and confident in communication
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn
• Naturally positive, responsible, and reliable
