Your Responsibilities
Provide support to business customers on product implementation and technical issues

Assist with pre-sales and post-sales support
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality and responsive service
Adapt communication to various channels including private (phone/email/chat) and public (forums/social media)

Your Profile
Native French speaker with good English (B2 level)
Interest or experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar
B2B support experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn technical concepts and apply troubleshooting processes

- Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program 
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. Drive answer when time need to find appropriate answer 
- Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails 
- Detect High Business Opportunities 
- Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns 
- Process callout campaign based on a predefined list of resellers 
- Process specific marketing on products and services
