What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers via phone, email, or remote assistance.
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and systems, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Provide clear, concise communication to help users understand and resolve their issues.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of technical problems and solutions to improve future service.
  • Collaborate with our tech team to escalate more complex issues and provide continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software and basic understanding about smart home devices. Full training will be provided.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex concepts to non-tech-savvy users in simple terms in one on these languages: Norwegian. Additional languages are a plus.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • self-starter with a desire to grow and learn in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with smart home devices (e.g., lighting systems, security cameras, voice assistants, etc.).
