At Zahoree Company, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide outstanding support to our customers and help them navigate technical challenges with ease. If you have a knack for troubleshooting, love technology, and enjoy helping others, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and systems, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Provide clear, concise communication to help users understand and resolve their issues.
- Document and maintain detailed records of technical problems and solutions to improve future service.
- Collaborate with our tech team to escalate more complex issues and provide continuous improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software and basic understanding about smart home devices. Full training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex concepts to non-tech-savvy users in simple terms in one on these languages: Norwegian. Additional languages are a plus.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a desire to grow and learn in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with smart home devices (e.g., lighting systems, security cameras, voice assistants, etc.).
